Life in Massachusetts Lately

One of my favorite things about living here is how quickly the seasons change—and how much there is to enjoy once summer finally arrives.

Lately, our family's schedule has been filled with:

  • Baseball games (lots and lots of baseball)
  • Evening fires and s'mores
  • Exploring local spots with the kids
  • Celebrating exciting milestones with our real estate team

And while the calendar says June, Massachusetts weather has definitely been keeping us guessing. We're determined to will summer into existence one backyard fire pit at a time.

36 Days

Well-prepared homes are continuing to sell quickly, particularly in desirable neighborhoods.

What Does This Mean for Buyers?

Competition remains real. Well-priced homes continue to attract strong interest, and preparation is key. Having financing lined up and a strategy in place can make all the difference.

Homes that are properly priced, marketed, and presented are still performing exceptionally well. Strategic preparation before listing remains one of the biggest factors in maximizing your sale price.
